PHIL KAISER

USMA, Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering; Masters in Human Resources Management

Phil is a lifelong leader, and optimizer that loves to help those who are serious about their craft achieve their potential in life. He grew up playing sports of all types, and was a three-sport athlete in high school playing football, wrestling, and baseball to include an all-state wrestler his senior year.  He was also a St. Louis Post Dispatch Scholar Athlete.  Phil was a two-year Division I wrestler at the U.S. Military Academy. 

After graduating from West Point, Phil served 25 years as an active-duty Army Officer, retiring as a Colonel, and another six years as a senior Department of the Army Civilian accumulating over 35 years of leadership experience at all levels from small to very large organizations.  Phil is an expert leader, and leadership developer possessing over 15 years of formal training and leadership development program management experience.  

Phil has extensive experience coaching, teaching, mentoring, and developing leaders as a high school head wrestling coach, a Professor of Military Science (Clemson University), and a nutrition, strength, conditioning, and mental strength coach.  Phil also completed an Ironman 70.3 and 140.6 at age 54. He is a proud husband of 35 years, a father of two adult children, and an avid outdoorsman that loves to hike, camp, fly fish, and bike.
